1. Service Description

The NoCode Guy ("we", "us", or "our") provides a "Challenge Me" 90-minute live automation session service. During this session, we build a No-Code workflow tailored to your specific business needs using platforms such as Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, and other No-Code tools.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We are committed to delivering a functional workflow during our 90-minute session. If at the end of the session you do not have a working workflow that meets the objectives defined before the session, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a two-tier refund policy based on the work delivered:

All refund decisions are made at our discretion and must be requested at the end of the session or within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Client was absent or late for the scheduled session without prior notice
• Client did not provide the required information or brief before the session
• Client requests features or changes beyond the scope defined before the session
• Client cancels the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@thenocodeguy.com immediately at the end of the session or within a reasonable timeframe. Include:

• Your name and booking confirmation
• Brief explanation of why the workflow did not meet expectations
• Session date and time

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

3. Payment Terms

The Challenge Me session is priced at $197 USD. Payment must be completed at the time of booking through our Calendly scheduling system via Stripe.

All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled via Calendly. You will receive a confirmation email with the session details, including the Zoom/Google Meet link.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. To reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us at hello@thenocodeguy.com.

Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before: Full refund or option to reschedule
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but you may reschedule once within 30 days
• No-show: No refund and no rescheduling option

5. Intellectual Property

All workflows, automations, and solutions created during the session become your property. However, we retain the right to:

• Use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes (with your permission)
• Reuse general methodologies and approaches for other clients
• Document the session for quality assurance (recording will be shared with you)

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide consulting and implementation services to the best of our ability. However:

• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platform limitations (e.g., API changes, service outages)
• We do not guarantee that the workflow will remain functional indefinitely due to external dependencies
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session ($197 USD)

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during the session will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law
