Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between TheNoCodeGuy and its clients for the provision of AI agent staffing services.
Article 1 — Purpose
TheNoCodeGuy provides AI agent staffing services: selection, deployment, and provision of artificial intelligence agents tailored to each client's specific needs. AI agents are configured, trained, and supervised by TheNoCodeGuy.
Article 2 — Ordering Process
Any order implies acceptance of these terms. The ordering process includes: 1. An initial audit of the client's needs 2. A tailored AI staffing proposal 3. Client validation of the quote 4. Deployment and commissioning of AI agents
Article 3 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are provided on a custom quote basis according to the client's needs. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Any late payment will incur penalties in accordance with the law.
Article 4 — Deployment and Service Levels
Deployment timelines are provided as estimates. TheNoCodeGuy commits to implementing the necessary means to meet agreed deadlines. A service level agreement (SLA) may be defined contractually.
Article 5 — Liability
TheNoCodeGuy commits to providing high-performance AI agents tailored to expressed needs. TheNoCodeGuy's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client. TheNoCodeGuy cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on results produced by AI agents.
Article 6 — Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In case of serious breach by either party, termination may be pronounced without notice after a formal demand that has remained unanswered for 15 days.
Article 7 — Confidentiality
The parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information exchanged under the contract. This obligation persists for 2 years after the end of the contract.
Article 8 — Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of [TO BE COMPLETED] shall have sole jurisdiction.
